Amenities and services: Pool isn’t covered and was dirty. For 200+ dollars per day stay, even water is not provided in your room. When asked I was told that water is a privilege and you need to be some honours member to receive water bottles with your stay. Otherwise you need to use the water fountain on the ground floor - for all the guests on all floors. Location: really far from offices. Not at all walkable. Staff: front desk staff is really rude and not at all welcoming.

Beautifully furnished hotel with friendly staff. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Appreciated the fact that the room had a fridge and microwave because it came in handy for storing and warming food. The shower and some of the furniture in the room could use some touching up but the hotel serves the purpose of a comfortable and clean place to lodge.

We stay in a lot of hotels thanks to travel ball. This hotel was the first in a long time that actually felt and smelt clean! Our room was perfect for the weekend. The staff was very friendly and courteous. As always, I wish it had a hot tub but like McDonalds playgrounds that seems to be diminishing in the hotel world. The location was in a safe area, The downside, there isn't much around, no restaurants, fast food etc. The two gas stations near by don't carry much. All in all it was a GREAT stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Our group had a great experience having a Halloween party at this property. All of the staff were super friendly and professional. The rooms were really clean and comfortable too. Book your room here with confidence. A great place to stay and super close to a major HWY.

Had a spacey room with nothing amiss. The control for lights took a bit of experimenting to figure out, but it was workable. Tons of power outlets including USB-A ports for charging mobile devices without the need of adapters for international travelers. Service was a bit of a hit and miss experience. Reception forgot to give the welcome package that they were supposed to give for members, had to ask for it. I wasn't happy with the breakfast options and pricing, but at least they had breakfast. Dinner had good food but slow service.
